### Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within **1 to 2 business days** (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
* Orders placed before 3:00 PM PKT are usually dispatched on the same or next working day.

### Estimated Delivery Times
* **Karachi:** 1 – 2 business days.
* **Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sukkur, Multan, Faisalabad, etc.):** 2 – 4 business days.
* **Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas:** 3 – 5 business days.

### Shipping Charges
* Standard Delivery Fee: **Rs 250**  flat rate nationwide.
* **Free Shipping:** Free standard shipping on orders over **Rs 3,000** (or your set threshold).

### Payment Methods Accepted
* **Cash on Delivery (COD)** across all major cities and towns in Pakistan.
* **Online Payment:** Bank Transfer / Credit or Debit Card / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (where enabled at checkout).
